Mohit Kapoor, Managing Partner & AdvisorBefore starting goolel in late 2008, Mohit undertook a number of senior leadership positions in Delhi and Mumbai with Alcatel-Lucent, Haier and UTStarcom. Most recently Mohit was heading New Businesses vertical of Indian telecom carrier, Videocon.
He has been very active in the Indian telecom industry - Mohit is the Founder and Managing committee member of ICA and is a part of CII Telecom CEO council.
Mohit holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Vijay Yadav, DirectorVijay has over 22 years of varied industry experience in the field of IT, Telecom, and Sustainability, while working with industry leaders like HCL, Tata Unisys, DEC, 3Com, UTStarcom, and Deeya Energy. Vijay has rich experience in general management and corporate development, as well as a proven track record of managing high growth in highly competitive markets. He has the distinction of being a leader at the forefront of three different technology revolutions in India, namely Internet Access from 1999 to 2003, Broadband Access from 2005 to 2010, and Video Access/Delivery since 2010. As Director on the Board of Goolel Technologies, he contributes to defining the technology roadmap and provides guidance to the Management and Executive team at Goolel Technologies. Vijay is also on the Chairman and Founding Director of Rajivihaan Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a firm engaged in providing solutions around sustainability of five elements, i.e. earth, water, air, fire, and space, apart from deploying technology solutions, networks and infrastructure applications that help enterprises and service providers increase their revenues and productivity.
Vijay holds a B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from BITS, Pilani and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from the same institute.

Jerry Soloway, Goolel Advisory BoardDr. Soloway was Senior Vice President, Engineering at UTStarcom from January 1999 through January 2005, during which time the company grew from less than $200M in revenues to $2.7B. It also completed a very successful IPO in March 2000. Prior to his tenure at UTStarcom, Dr. Soloway worked for Lucent Technologies (formerly Bell Labs) for 29 years.
He holds a Ph.D. from Polytechnic Institute of New York, an MS from New York University, and a B.S. from Cooper Union, all in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Soloway also holds seven patents in communications and computer graphicstechnology.

Prithipal Singh, Goolel Advisory BoardPrithipal Singh is the former Chairman and Managing Director of BSNL, the third largest telecoms operator in Asia and the seventh largest in the world. Prithipal led a team of over 350,000 employees, with an annual budget in excess of $6 billion and a customer base of around 40 million subscribers.
Prithipal himself was nominated for the Padmashree Award 2003 and became the first Government employee to be nominated for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, again in 2003.

Ruchir Godura, Goolel Advisory BoardRuchir Godura brings more than sixteen years of experience in sales and general management in the large enterprise telecommunications industry. He has worked at executive levels in the US and in India in multinational companies including AT&T, UTStarcom, Telsima Communications, Bharti Airtel and VNL. Ruchir was the Chief Marketing Officer at Airtel Enterprise Services prior to his last stint as Chief Operating Officer of Vihaan Networks Limited. He is currently the founder and CEO of Maverick Wireless Solutions, a startup in the broadband wireless access space.
